Shipping & Delivery: Hot Rod Surf works hard to ship out your product promptly. Shipping is sent out a minim of twice a week. Products will be shipped only after the order process has been approved. For domestic U.S. order expect no longer then 1-2 weeks for delivery, unless an unforeseen circumstance arises. All products are guaranteed new when delivered unless otherwise noted on purchased product.
Privacy & Security: Hot Rod Surf recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers, registered members and users, and has established a Privacy Policy as a result. All information collected is for use only by Hot Rod Surf in fulfilling an order, contacting client or tracking client information.
Returns & Replacements: If an incorrect product(s) is shipped to you or product(s) is damaged when received. You may return the item(s) within 15 days of delivery for an exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Updating Account Information: To update your account information please loging to your account at www.hotrodsurf.com/for-sale. If you had a account with Hot Rod Surf prior to June 25th, 2008 you need to sign up for a new account as recorded information has changed.
